Steve was the CEO of the Super Fast Broadband business LBNCo. Before this, he worked as a Management Consultant at Richmond Ridge and founded Gotalk business in Australia for 13 years through an exit.

Tat Seng Koh
With extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance, Mr. Koh has successfully listed many companies on stock exchanges and raised funds in the debt and equity market.
Since obtaining his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Malaya, he has held prominent positions in MayAir Group PLC, PureCircle Ltd., Avenue Securities Sdn Bhd, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad and Coopers and Lybrand (now known as PwC).

Jef is the founder of FlexiRoam. During his 15 years in telecommunications, he successfully co-founded three technology-based companies.
Through his leadership, FlexiRoam has had its IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange since 2015. It was also through his careful leadership that FlexiRoam netted multiple awards and recognitions, including the World Travel Award and the ASEAN Outstanding Business Award.

Chris Burton
Chris has over 27 years of commercial experience in both public practice and private consulting. Chris spent eight years as an assurance Partner at a mid-tier accounting firm, assisting boards and audit committees in managing their financial reporting, risk, and compliance obligations.
Chris established his consulting firm in 2018. It assists ASX-listed companies in managing compliance risk, strengthening governance, and driving performance and strategy.
Shai Luft
Highly experienced marketing executive with a 25-year track record of creating and growing businesses across telco, health, education, travel and more.
During his early career he worked in senior marketing roles across a number of telecommunication companies including TPG, Optus, Telstra and GoTalk. In 2012, Shai co-founded Bench, a leading and award-winning digital agency servicing brands such as Epson, Nestle, Jaycar, Britax, Panasonic and Hays.
Shai holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UNSW in Marketing & International Business.
Jennifer Peace
Worked at the forefront of leading marketing, brand, advertising, and start-up companies for 25 years. Her career has spanned across Europe, Asia & Australia.
She is respected for successfully creating and developing brands, employing purposeful strategic models. advising, and growing entrepreneurial businesses. With strong experience working across all major and emerging industry verticals. Her remit within a consultant and advisory capacity extends across defining key business pillars including, creation of brands with purpose, advisory on social governance, devising employee initiatives (EVP), strategically aligning communications activities and devising digital initiatives.
Her firm belief when curating cohesive marketing-led company frameworks is that businesses should be built around the customer experience, listening, as well as leading. She has a challenger mentality at heart, honed working with companies, including Bankwest, Playstation, Virgin and Apple. Damien Stephens
Veteran of the telecom industry with over 25 years’ experience in the sector across the world in both Director & Senior Executive roles.
Formerly the Head of Mobile and IoT at Tata Communications he is currently the co-founder of Irish messaging startup Message My Customer. Whilst at Tata he was responsible for Carrier Relations and the development of what is now a wholly owned subsidiary Oasis which focuses of eSIM management to MNO’s & MVNO’s. Damien was also a senior executive in Gotalk, a successful prepaid service provider in Australia where he led their Carrier and Information Systems areas as well holding roles with Avaya and AAPT.
Having spent the last 11 years in Asia and then Europe Damien has returned to Australia to continue his career. His background is as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte where he served clients across multiple industries with a focus on the telecommunication & IT sectors.

Jonathan has had a 35 year career in the Commtech sector with specific focus on strategy, corporate development, business development and sales and marketing roles at senior executive levels. He has worked in the Service Provider space with Telstra, Vodafone and Tata Communications and on the supply-side with technology companies like Motorola, Juniper Networks, IDEMIA and Comverse and in Consultancy with Cap Gemini and Ernst & Young. Jonathan has lived and worked in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific and now lives in Australia.

Li Choong brings over 20 years of experience in network system administration and managing support operations for various telecommunications companies. He co-founded FlexiRoam in 2011, where he played a key role in various departments including Support, Operations, and Product. Additionally, he managed wholesale network partnerships and spearheaded the development of FlexiRoam's robust technical backend infrastructure.

Yann joined Flexiroam as Finance Manager in October 2023, where she oversees finance reporting and operations. She graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Accounting and gained valuable auditing experience during her four-year tenure at Ernst & Young. Yann has worked across various industries, including trading, paid-TV, digital payment and e-commerce. She is a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
